These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Waqaf An-Nur Corporation Berhad (“WANCB”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) governing your access to and use of the Waqaf360 Application (“App”) and related digital platforms.
By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the App.
Acceptance
By using the App, you confirm that you:
Have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
Are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
Are responsible for ensuring your use of the App complies with Shariah principles and the laws of Malaysia.
User Obligations
You agree:
To use the App lawfully, respectfully, and only for its intended purpose.
Not to misuse donation systems, commit fraud, or impersonate others.
To provide accurate and truthful information, especially for official receipts and tax purposes.
To maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials (if applicable).
Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including texts, duʿa, Qur’anic verses, features, and designs, is the property of Waqaf An-Nur.
You may not copy, share, modify, or otherwise use such content without prior written permission from Waqaf An-Nur.
Donations & Waqf
All donations are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in specific campaign term.
For recurring donation waqaf contributions, users are fully responsible for managing, modifying, or cancelling their contribution schedule via their profile or donation settings within the app.
Donation and waqaf contributions may be eligible for tax relief, subject to specific conditions and prior approval by the Ministry of Finance Malaysia (MOF).
Any applicable service tax or transaction fee is included in the total payment and supports the functionality and sustainability of the app’s digital donation services.
Official e-receipts will be issued upon successful transactions. Eligible contributions may be submitted to Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN) for tax relief claims, subject to current Malaysian tax regulations.
Termination
WANCB reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if we detect fraud, misuse, unauthorized activities, or any violation of these Terms.
Disclaimer
All Islamic content provided in the App — including prayer times, duʿa, dhikr, Qur’anic verses, and community-related materials — is offered in good faith and is based on authentic and mainstream Sunni sources. However, Users are advised to consult their respective religious authorities for personal guidance, fatwa validation, or contextual interpretation.
The App does not issue official religious rulings.
