These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Waqaf360 Application (“App”) and form a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Waqaf An-Nur Corporation Berhad (“Waqaf A-Nur”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms apply to all services and features offered within the App. 

1. About the App 

   The App provides users with a range of Islamic features, including: 

   • Daily reminders, duʿa, and dhikr. 

   • Digital tasbih, Qur’anic verses, and Islamic quotes. 

   • Donation channels (campaigns, donations, and waqf contributions). 

   • Islamic event calendars and community updates.

     
     

2. Account Management 

   • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and accuracy of their login credentials. 

   • Users are also responsible for ensuring that account information remains current and secure. 

   
   

3. Donations and Waqaf

   • Donations and waqf contributions are processed securely through licensed payment gateways. 

   • Eligible contributions may qualify for tax relief, subject to terms and conditions set by the Ministry of Finance Malaysia (MOF) and the Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN).  

   • Official receipts will be issued for every successful transaction, either via email or within the App (where applicable). 

     
     

4. Availability & Updates

   • Waqaf An-Nur strives to maintain 99.9% uptime for the App. 

   • Access may, however, be suspended to allow for maintenance, updates, or system improvements. Such suspensions may occur with or without prior notice. 

     
     

5. Religious Integrity 

   • All Islamic content provided within the App is prepared in good faith and follows authentic, mainstream Sunni traditions. 

   • The App does not promote political, sectarian, or divisive content. 

     
     

6. Governing Law 

   These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, subject to Shariah principles.
