KPJ Healthcare Berhad (‘KPJ’ or ‘the Group’) is a leading provider of private healthcare services in Malaysia. Since the introduction of the first private specialist hospital in Johor in 1981, the Group has been at the forefront of the healthcare industry.

Al-`Aqar was listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Berhad (“Bursa Malaysia”) on August 10, 2006. Al-`Aqar is managed by Damansara REIT Managers Sdn Berhad (“DRMSB” or “Manager”), a company within the Johor Corporation (“JCorp”) group and supported by the KPJ Group.

Al-`Aqar was established with an initial portfolio of 6 properties, and today, it has grown to 24 properties, consisting of 17 hospitals and 4 health centers, 2 colleges in Malaysia, and 1 retirement village for the elderly in Australia.

Al-Salām Real Estate Investment Trust (Al-Salām REIT) is a Shariah-compliant fund primarily engaged in investing in a variety of Shariah-compliant properties. Al-Salām REIT has a diverse portfolio strategically located throughout Malaysia.

Al-Salām REIT began its success by being listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on September 29, 2015. Starting with 31 properties in 2015, Al-Salām REIT has expanded its portfolio to 54 properties across Malaysia, which include 3 shopping centers, an office building, 43 food and beverage restaurants, and 7 non-food and beverage assets.

Larkin Sentral Property ("LSP") was established on July 20, 1995. LSP became active in January 2008, after the acquisition of the Larkin Sentral Transport Terminal and Wet Market property by Johor Corporation in December 2007.

The main activities of the company include renting business lots, public market lots, transportation terminals, and parking spaces. The Larkin Sentral building is situated on 16.23 acres of land, which consists of a public market building, a public transport terminal, and parking spaces.

LSP is 100% owned by Waqaf An-Nur. The total paid-up capital as of December 31, 2023, is RM96,061,160. In addition, the total asset value is RM209 million.

CASB was originally a subsidiary of JCorp. Beginning in February 2006, 10 percent of the company's shares were owned by Mr. Ismail Bin Mat Ali under the JCorp Intrapreneur Scheme.

In October 2007, JCorp donated 75 percent of its shareholding in CASB to Waqaf An-Nur, while the remaining 25 percent is owned by Mr. Ismail Bin Mat Ali.

The company's activities include Corporate Zakat management, Umrah and Hajj Mutawwif, Hajj Badal, Aqiqah sacrifice programs, provision of food baskets, and consultancy activities for courses, religious talks, and motivational programs.
